Quilt material from Neva Broad’s collection has been put to beautiful use again. Gloria Warren, a friend of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, used the donated material to make quilts for an expectant mother whose baby is due in December. The finished quilts were given as a donation for the little one coming soon.
We are grateful to Gloria for the care, hard work, and generosity she shared through this gift. A quilt can bring warmth and comfort, and these quilts also carry the kindness of those who gave before us. As Scripture says, “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another” (1 Peter 4:10).
Gloria plans to have her quilts available at our Fall Bazaar at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1515 South Loop 256, Palestine, TX 75801. See photos from the day below.
Please come and see Gloria Warren’s quilts at our Fall Bazaar.
