Thank you to everyone who donated, hosted, and supported our October Community Blood Drive at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Although several of our regular donors were away road tripping or caring for family, we were grateful to welcome a first-time donor and collect several units of blood.
Those donations will help support first responders and people in our community when blood is needed. We give thanks for every person who took time to give, and for the Carter BloodCare team, who once again did a wonderful job caring for donors throughout the drive.
Jesus says, “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” — John 15:13. Giving blood is a practical, quiet way to care for neighbors we may never meet.
