Ten people gathered at Bethlehem Lutheran Church on Friday, September 18, for an evening of games, good food, and fellowship at 1515 South Loop 256, Palestine, TX 75801.
Chili dogs with all the condiments, along with chips, cantaloupe, and brownie bites, gave everyone plenty to enjoy. Before supper, the early group fit in a round of Farkle. Betty Nelson came out on top after a long back-and-forth battle for the lead.
Several rounds of Pickle Ball followed, with each team earning an even number of wins. Jody Bowden was selected as the Pickle Ball MVP. We thank everyone who came and helped make the night a cheerful time together. As Acts 2:42 reminds us, fellowship is one of the gifts God gives His people as we gather around one another.
