Bethlehem Lutheran Church is seizing the opportunity to gather midweek as we find refreshment in community. Because we want our mission of Christ + Community + Compassion to be more than just words, we choose to examine the Mission of the Church, by laying a good foundation in Scripture that will propel us into ever more vigorous witness to our Savior.
We’re only two weeks in and we’ve explored the history of Bethlehem Lutheran’s beginning and on-going history considering how the early church came to life in Jerusalem through a study of Acts 2. We go on to explore how the Church moved at the beginning, what was talked about, and what the Church did to gather people together and to grow.
Your presence and participation would be most welcome for dinner and conversation at 5, study at 6, and all the prayers you want at 7. “Speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ.”
