We are delighted to announce that James Bowden has taken on the role of Vice President of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church Council for a two-year term beginning July 2025.
Hailing from our very own Palestine, Texas, James has deep roots in our community. He cherishes life here with his wife and their three energetic dogs. James’s career path started in a tire shop, followed by working in the oil fields. Today, he serves as a Lieutenant for the TDC, balancing a schedule of four days on and four days off.
At Bethlehem Lutheran, James contributes as an Usher whenever his work schedule permits. Outside of his duties, he enjoys spending quality time with family, and embraces his love for the outdoors, particularly deer hunting and fishing.
Let’s warmly welcome James as he steps into this new role, and thank him for his continued dedication to our church community.
